Lerninhalt erscheint nicht im Account"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Wenn dein Lerninhalt (Vokabelsammlung) nach dem Kauf nicht in deinem Account erscheint, gehe bitte wie folgt vor:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>warte erst einmal ein paar Minuten &#8211; manchmal erscheint der Lerninhalt etwas verz\u00f6gert,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u00f6se ein erneutes Aussenden der Inhalte aus &#8211; das geht \u00fcber:&nbsp; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phase-6.de\/service\/user\/\">Mein Konto<\/a> \u2192 Vokabelsammlungen \u2192 &#8222;in die Apps laden&#8220; (sofern der Inhalt hier aufgelistet wird),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sollte der Inhalt nicht erscheinen, wende dich bitte an unseren <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phase-6.de\/classic\/service\/support\/contact\/\">Support<\/a>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>achte bei der Kontaktaufnahme darauf, dass die Daten und vor allem die E-Mail-Adresse deines phase6 Accounts korrekt angegeben werden,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nenne uns die Rechnungsnummer (beim Kauf \u00fcber die Website oder Google Play),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sollte es sich um einen Kauf aus dem Appstore handeln, h\u00e4nge uns bitte die Quittung oder einen Screenshot davon an,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Wartezeit bis zur Beantwortung eines Anliegens liegt in der Regel bei 1-2
